Our goal for reading meters is to have consistant billing cycle for all our customers. Although there are some factors that can affect your reading and bills, we strive to minimize that as much as possible.
Our meters are read through a radio/celluar signal sent to our Gateways System. We can see reads for most of our meters all the time. There are occasions that we need to manually read a meter. During these time our Water Departments employees will come to gather those reads.
O.R. Meters, some of the meters are not readable for the outside of a buliding or residence. At these time we will contact the customers and scedule a reading for these meters.
