Adjustments can be made for a high-water bill resulting from a leak. When you receive your bill, please contact the office as soon as possible. We will look into the water usage and figure a water adjustment.
When figuring a water adjustment, we take a six-month average outside of the leak and determine how much of the usage was a leak. When we figure out the leak portion, we only charge you cost for the amount of that usage.
We will then contact you back and let you know how much of adjustment that you are eligible for. At this time, you can decide weather or not to use the adjustment. Adjustments can only be made to water bills one time within a calendar year period.
